CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS & NO-SHOWS

Note: we attempt to provide the best customer service available. Cancelled appointments or no-show appointments prevent others from receiving a service in your time slot. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No-shows may be refused service by Harry. By making an appointment with Harry, you agree to this web policy.

Harry reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason at his sole discretion.

SPAM / WORMS / VIRUSES & DOS ATTACKS

GlassByHarry.com has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy in regards to sending or receiving spam. We report spam to Federal Agencies, internet providers and to source server administrators. We will vigorously pursue civil legal action against spammers or those seeking to cripple our site or computers via worms, viruses or DOS attacks and we will seek civil damages for any loss of income related to spam, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.

GOVERNING LAW

Customer hereby agrees and consents to venue in Butler County, PA, USA, in the event of any legal action regarding these Terms and Conditions or of any copyright enforcement regarding the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.
